• The creation and execution of the Agreement.
• Processing your registration and payment.
• The student administration.
• The ability to interact with the client or student.
• Providing information about Sensz’s activities to the client or course participant.
• Providing information on the training, courses, online services and examinations taken by student.
• Issuing and sending certificates of participation, certificates.
Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Sensz does not process any special and/or sensitive personal data through either its website or its administration.
The purpose and basis for which we process personal data
Sensz processes your personal data for the following purposes:
1. Sending our digital newsletter and/or advertising brochure.
2. To be able to call or email you if necessary to provide our services.
3. To inform you about changes to our services and products.
Sensz does not make decisions on matters that could (significantly) affect individuals on the basis of automated processing. These are decisions made by computer programs or systems, without the involvement of a person (e.g. a Sensz employee).

Sensz shares your personal data with various third parties as necessary for the execution of the contract and to comply with any legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, such as online courses, we enter into a Data Processing Agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.
Sensz will remain responsible for such processing. Sensz will not sell your personal data to third parties.

To ensure the request is made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Social Security Number (‘Burgerservicenummer’; BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within a week.

Sensz takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to combat misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and improper modification. Sensz complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (privacy act) through an Information Security Policy and Process.
